Large storm and big swells the week before
Fish was caught on a hook and fishing line. The fishing line was wrapped around some coral and the fish was stuck. Diver carefully cut up next to the hook to free the Hawaiian Triggerfish. We were not able to safely remove the hook so we cut the line next to the hook.
