We raised $400 through our BBQ & raffle at our annual Dive Against Debris event this weekend. We had some awesome weather and a great turnout - 45 attendees removed a lot of trash (including 77 golf balls and a full set of clubs. Clearly someone had a bad game).

Our new mesh bags were a big hit and so useful, we had several people ask to buy them.

We also held a few related specialty courses (buoyancy for example) and will issue some certs as part of our 100% AWARE partnership.

It was wonderful to have the local press attend to cover the event, helping to raise awareness and discourage people from mindlessly throwing garbage in the river.
