The Dive Ship organised an overseas underwater clean up from Tioman Island Shore and combined with Finathon to achieve the most awareness for Ocean Protection!

22 participants including Junior Open Water divers were actively engaged during this event and also served as an educational program for them. We picked up many of the common trash one would expect, except for a cloth hanger and we have absolutely no idea where it came from! 

Interestingly, there were also many fish nets and fish lines in a supposedly "Marine Protected Zone". 

Meanwhile, looking forward to the next Dive Against Debris event!!
