Calypso partnered with Keeping Tampa Bay Beautiful and Adventure Outfitters to host a Dive against Debris Underwater Cleanup.  The event was held at Picnic Island Park in Tampa, Florida and was attended by more than 40 volunteers: 25 divers and surface support staff.  Picnic Island Park is a popular spot for boaters and fishermen and, as such, can accumulate trash both on shore and underwater.  We are excited to say that our dedicated, volunteer crew removed 51 pounds of trash from the ocean and 12 pounds of trash from land!  A special congratulations to the seven divers that earned their Dive against Debris Specialty certification!  We are so thankful to everyone who participated and look forward to hosting more events in the future.
