Please join me in my goal to bring awareness to marine conservation and more involvment from scouting and scuba. 

The emphasis of my Eagle Scout project is cleaning up marine and shore debris for Project Aware. It will be fun day at the lake with food and drinks and making a difference. I will need volunteers for the following:

• Shore cleanup
• Marine clean up (Must be certified diver to SCUBA, snorkelers can assist from above provided they have already passed the BSA swim test).
• Cooks for hotdogs and to serve drinks and water to clean up crews and other volunteers. NOTE: this is a good opportunity to earn some of the requirements for rank and cooking.
• Catalog and inventory helpers to sort and log the debris amount and types we collect.
• Safety spotters

Each volunteer will receive a Project Aware mask strap and event sticker. Also, everyone participating can log the time for community service hours.
