On Sunday 28 August 2016, Blue Ocean Club continues 2016 Dive Against Debris™ ~ the 4th  Hits” at Shelter Island near Sai Kung, Hong Kong with 27 voluntary Divers  taking part. The clean-up teams received a briefing about safety and environmental issues and also about the local coral ecosystem before jumping in to start the clean-up.

The day was cloudy and windy with slightly wave conditions and water temperature of 26°C. Meanwhile, the team decided to change the planning spot from Pak Lap Wan to Shelter Island due to the safety reason. The dive teams conducted a successful clean-up operation with 14.7 kg of litter collected. The most common item of litter was abandoned fishing nets & bottles.

藍海俱樂部於8月28日籌辦了本年度第四次打擊海洋垃圾潛水計畫，當日義工隊伍共有27名潛水員義工參加，在香港西貢區附近牛尾洲的水底進行清潔活動。當日天氣多雲，和緩微風及水面有波浪，水溫26度 。由於天氣及考量到安全關係、大隊最後改變計劃從原來白腊灣轉移到附近內灣的牛尾洲進行海底清潔。 相關的工作人員在下潛前向各義工隊員簡報了當地珊瑚生態系統並講解有關安全和環保資信。

該潛水地點在香港被稱為牛尾洲，是一個本地熱門訓練潛水員潛水地點之一。當日潛水隊成功收集了共14.7公斤垃圾。垃圾最常見的項目是廢棄漁網和玻璃製水瓶。
