Scuba Shack in Rocky Hill, CT hosted a virtual AWARE Coral Reef Conservation Specialty class on Thursday September 24, 2020. We were very fortunate to have Chris Reynolds from the Coral Restoration Foundation attend to give us some great information on the importance of corals, some of the perils that they face and the steps being done to restore the reefs. We had a great question and answer period.

We closed out the night with some additional dialog on other organizations that are also doing some great work in the area of coral reef protection and restoration.
