Dive site was snorkeled and freedived from shore off a popular beach front.
Not likely but as tires are used in the nearby harbour as fenders possible this tire was from the harbour wall.
The site had no debris that could be removed. There was one old car tire, however, it had been there for a very long time and was home to small shrimp and crabs.
