The Wall at Lake Wazee

Lake Wazee is an old taconite quarry that had filled in with water when the mining operation closed in 1983. It is now part of a county park. The parks patrons consist mostly of divers, beach/picnic goers, campers, hikers, bikers, kayakers, & fisherman. All dive sites are accessible from shore and there are multiple dive site locations at this Lake. The dive sites are: The Wall, Bluegill Alley, The Gardens, Prince Bay Landing, Sherwood Forest, and North Point.
Sunny. Temp High avg of 81f, Temp low avg 60f. Trace amounts of precipitation. Avg wind speeds 8mph.
