Project AWARE is honored to welcome Ian Campbell as the organization new Associate Director, Policy and Campaigns. Drawing from 20 years’ experience in marine conservation, working in the public, private and NGO sectors, Ian leads Project AWARE’s development and implementation of key strategic conservation projects and initiatives with a view to influencing policy developments at the local, national and global levels.

The annual DEMA Show is taking place 14-17 November in Las Vegas. It’s the largest trade-only event in the world for companies in the scuba diving and adventure/dive travel industries and we are going to be there!

A UK government consultation has been launched with the intention of making it easier and less expensive for scuba divers to remove marine litter from the seabed.
