We are heading down to Taupo for our annual drift dive down the mighty Waikato River.

In previous trips we have identified an accumulation of debris and we plan to give it a spruce up.

The type of rubbish to expect is glass bottles, clothing, raft building supplies and general rubbish.

This River is home to many fresh water species including trout, koura (fresh water crayfish), eels and catfish.
