The Diving Centre are supporting a beach clean and survey as part of the Great British Beach Clean. This annual event is sponsored by the Marine Conservation Society and aims not only to clear beaches of rubbish but also to record what is found. This information is pooled with data from round the country (and world) and is used to help influence Government policy (eg plastic bag charge, deposit refund scheme etc).
