Additional Information
We regularly find burlap bags during our clean ups. They are used around the island to protect the beach erosion and get washed to sea by the waves.
... underwear
brulap bags - get entangled in the coral
baby nappies - take for ever to decompose
floating plastic - gets eaten by turtles
Comments and Feedback
As the 8th of June is the World Oceans Day it was a great opportunity to raise awareness and organize a clean up. Divers and snorkelers from Japan, UK, Czech Republic, India and Nepal took part in the Clean Up action. A big THANK YOU from Ocean Dimensions to all!
