It is nice that we can report our findings in such detail but maybe it would be good to include one extra field to indicate whether the rubbish was collected during a dive, snorkel or beach clean-up as the reporting tool automatically assumes you are diving? Other than that a very useful tool!

We undertook a snorkel clean up. The conditions were good but due to changing currents most of the floating rubbish we had seen at this site previously had been washed away. As a result we continued with a beach clean up after our snorkel clean up.
