Clear with a mild cold front 1 day prior to event. Red tide in the area killing thousand s of fish south of the survey area. Some red tide seen during the event.

Additional Information
This is a popular fishing site. Fishermen are not aware that cast nets are very likely to be caught on rocks and lost. 21 cast nets were found in just the small area of the jetty.
