This site was totally clean 4 years ago. High water after storms continues to bring in debris. Students from PA College of Technology & Penn State Science diving program helped with this program. 2 divers came from over 100 mile away to help with this cleanup. Greg Belson from Lock Haven University carried over 50 of the tires up the embankment by himself.
