Hawksbill Turtles. They were not entangled but rather probably choking on small plastic bag pieces that were all over the second sight cleaned. One was found dead on the bottom while the other practically lifeless, gasping for air once in a while, on the surface. Both were exactly the same size, about 10 inches from head to tail.
