Most of what I found didnt seem to be all that old. Of note, today was the first day back to work for most after a long 4-day holiday weekend for Children's Day. I expected the area would be crowded so decided to do the survey today when most are all back to work or school. This area is littered ( I mean literally) with old and tangled fishing nets and misc. ropes. Most of which are way to heavy or embedded for even 2-3 divers to remove without mechanical assistance or otherwise digging tools and lots of effort. Most of that is concentrated in the rocky reef area I was surveying just north of the beach, although some does make its way and find a home half buried on the proper beach.

car key.

The only comment I have is that my previous survey did not make it up on the global map. I am hoping that was a fluke, and now with 2 surveys done, I can put this area on the global map.

It's pretty dirty. The shore FAR more than the ocean, but there are plenty of old nets and ropes to keep a team of 20 busy for an entire day or two.
