Just careless human behavior
another plastic dinosaur (because we found one at this same dive site last time we dove here)
as soon as the underwater canyon starts, the debris increases dramatically. I think it washes down from the beach and settles, where there's less water movement. Canyon starts at about 35 feet, give or take
