Additional Information
Actually, i think the event is the start of high season here in Guadeloupe (French West Island) in caribbean Sea. It's mean a lot of people come in the island and want to explore the National Park. "La Réserve Cousteau" is the famous Island with a lot of dive site and we are more customers. Also a lot of people rent a boat for a week and come take a place with boat in the park, maybe with wind they don't care plastic bottle leave or something else.. And we have some swell actually, maybe bring some debris... i think about Dominica.
Plastic bottle, problematic cause it's an area protect with lot of turtles...
Fishing line, turtle can be block inside
Toilet paper, because it's disgusting
