It's 2 months after the seasons hurricanes, giving time for the debris to settle or have been carried away...

Underpants! (however much the team enjoyed posing with them! It's just weird!)

Micro plastics - looking like fish food, whilst we do our best to collect everything, it's hard when the particles are so small

Cans - they fill with sand and sink, they stay there till they break down, which could take over 50 years

People - we create the garbage, we put it there! If we didn't use it, it would be neglected because it wouldn't have been produced... Make wise choices!


It's great to have a dedicated team eager to help clean up the environment. Montserrat Island Dive Centre now has 5 Dive Against Debris Specialty Divers to help make a difference, as well as a wonderful array of passing people who care to make a difference both on land and underwater
