They jetty is where most of the boats come to and from Bunaken and is next to the main village. This may contribute to the amount of rubbish being higher here than at other sites around the island.

Plastic Fragments - Get stuck on the reef and may look like something to eat for turtles

Cloth fragments - smothers the corals on the reef

Fishing Line - gets tangled across the reef and could cause turtles to become entangled
