Comments The sea urchin, who likes to decorate himself, had quite a marvellous selection of plastic attached to itself. We are sure he'll be more pleased with natural materials though.

We are seeing more plastic straws than before. We believe they are not local as a bill forbidding plastic straws was passed a couple of months ago in Bali and local businesses have adopted it quickly by offering bamboo, metal and paper alternatives.

The survey was done in two dives by one person in a buddy pair. I only picked up trash in the shallow part of the dive and I was overwhelmed. Most of it stays between -0.5 and -2 m.
