Dive Against Debris in Kuching on Malaysia Day 2013

updates

Divers in Kuching celebrated Malaysia Day 2013 with a special message. Organised by PMSC, 15 divers made a trip to our popular dive spot, the WWII Japanese wreck - Hiyoshi Maru, to remove the abandoned fishing nets that has been suffocating the ecosystem. Although the bottom time time was limited due to the depth, a total of 64.5kg of debris mainly fishing nets were collected. All the divers did an awesome job.
