The choice is simple: noisy motorboats and plastic pollution associated with the aquaculture operation or peace and quiet for mother seals, their babies and for human visitors willing to kayak or canoe into this paradise under their own power.

The National Park Service has an important choice to make: whether to restore this estuary to full wilderness conditions or commercialize it for private gain.
