Scuba Scene's Dive For Debris

updates

On Sunday 28th April a team of divers from Scuba Scene in Taunton headed down to Plymouth to take part in the Dive For Debris for Dive For Earth Day 2013!

The team had an interesting diversion on the trip down due to Plymouth's half marathon however the team made it to the marina where they met skipper Richard who organised the bacon butties with the help of Larry Wheeler.

Nice calm condition's and light winds made for a great trip out to the dive sites. The first dive was at James Egan Lane and the second dive was on the Glen Strathallen. Divers were very happy to see that under water there was not much trash to clear however the trash that was found was collected and recycled.

A special thank you to Larry Wheeler, Ian Livesey, Phil Warren, Donna Sweetin, Alistair Thorn, Jeremy Stuart, Lee Sherrin, Simon Lile, Paul Savage and Ian Angell for all taking part.
