Strong winds and heavy rainfall have caused a huge increase in the amount of trash being washed up on the beaches around Lembongan so I have decided that for some jobs one girl is not enough! To help clean the beach I will be out at 7am on Friday morning cleaning the beach along with the support of numerous Lembongan based dive centers. We have put posters up along the beach in Indonesian and English and we are hoping there will be lots of people coming along to support us too!! If anyone will be on Lembongan on Friday please, please come and support the cause and make the beach a nice place to be again. Divers - remember that whatever trash you clean off a beach is trash that is not going to be washed out into the ocean!!
