Yesterday I dived out on the House Reef with students and I couldn't help but pocket plastic in my BCD pocket whenever I saw it - my students soon followed suit and by the time we got back to the boat we had 3 small bottles, 3 large ones, food wrappers, beverage cans and a snorkel! The House Reef at the moment has attracted a lot of sea weed so later we will be going out to see what debris is hiding amongst it and cleaning it up! Wath this space....
