On September 10, Sunken Treasure Scuba Center's PADI Instructor, Greg Delker helped to finish up a cleanup that took place where Wallace Run empties into Lycoming Creek.  Removing about two dozen tires from the area the work was a good accomplishment since most were either buried or large truck and tractor tires.
