Greg Delker, Cogan Station, PA resident and certified instructor from Sunken Treasure Scuba Center was awarded the Cleanscapes Clinton/Lycoming County Volunteer of the Year award. Cleanscapes nominated Greg because of his hard work for over 10 years of waterway cleanups in our area. In appreciation for his community service he was presented a hand carved and engraved walking stick.
