Good thing or band-aid

updates

Here in Central PA the Susquehanna River is the primary waterway. Many small and large steams empty into the river which eventually ends in the Chesapeake Bay. Along the river there are many cities, towns, homes and river lots which creates a toll on the river. In the city of Williamsport, PA they have now tagged all the sewers with a medallion stating that the sew empties into the river. Here is a picture from there. You can see the materials in the grates that will go to the river. Maybe as these cites upgrade their sews they should consider no longer dumping into the river. Take a minute and just think what all is really going there. (paper, plastic, salt, road grim...etc, etc, etc)
