Lionfish Cook-off!

The first ever lionfish cook-off was held at this weekends (TIDE) fish festival. It was a great way of encouraging Punta Gorda’s top chefs to cook the Lionfish and to show the community how Lionfish can be added to menus. Congratulations to the lovely Gomier of Gomier’s restaurant who won the $500 prize with his tasty, zesty lionfish curry! ReefCI were delighted to be involved and donated all the lionfish!
