There was a good turn-out for the Beach Clean Up on 18 april. Big thank you to everyone who got involved, especially the local Bedouin kids! It was great to see their enthusiasm and willingness to be educated on the importance of looking after their beaches. We're working with the local authorities on trying to install more litter bins and rubbish collection points in and around Dahab. However, a big problem here can be the wind that comes from the north which disperses the rubbish; so we're also trying to replace all the bins for ones with lids.
