The rain season starts slowly this year. But this year we noticed that there is more and more plastic is floating around than in previous years.

Oceans 5 is cleaning now every day the beach in front of the shop in the harbor of Gili Air when it is low tide. The result is 5 bags of plastic. This can be water bottles, bags, candy papers, etc.

Yesterday afternoon Oceans 5 decided to do a Reef Clean up. In total 6 persons were cleaning the reef in front of Oceans 5 dive resort. They found a lot of rubbish, another 7 bags! And a lot of them will be today in the water again for another clean up. Its needed, there is so much rubbish at this time of the year.
