On 13 April 2012, Ocean Elements once again successfully organised a Project AWARE Beach Cleanupevent in Dungun, Terengganu. This is the second year we organised such an event in Dungun and our fifth year of organising a Project AWARE coral reef conservation program.

This year’s event was wholly sponsored by Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

400 people, mostly from schools and academic institutions in Dungun area and the government agencies turned up to help clean the 10km stretch of beach from Teluk Gadung all the way to Tanah Lot.
