updates
Swedish dive instructor caught in tsunami wave during PADI training. Johan Blixt was conducting a PADI instructor course with his students on our house reef when the tsunami wave struck Panagsama Beach, Moalboal/Cebu, Philippines. Nicholas Cook, an English national is part of this course. Both Johan and his students where unharmed by the tsunami wave. The earthquake hit Negros Is in the Visayan area in the central part of the Philippines. 16 different quakes was recorded during these two days where some of them where in the ocean and some on land. The strongest quake measured 6.7 on the richter scale and this created the tsunami wave. No personal injuries but there have been material damages on the island of Cebu. Our reef have has minimal damages and fish life seem to be in order as well after this earthquake. In this movie you see Johan and Nicholas plus all the other students being caught in the tsunami wave when it hit the beach.
