On 28th & 29th September divers and swimmers joined forces to take part in our annual Project Aware Clean Up Weekend.  Helped by the good weather we managed to clean up the lake and surrounding area, filling 7 skips full of debris.  We also enjoyed a lovely Hog Roast and BBQ.  Our suppliers were very generous donating prizes for the raffle.  We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved in making the weekend a success, all the staff, volunteers, divers, swimmers, friends and family.  Give yourselves a pat on the back  because not only did we manage to clean up loads of unwanted rubbish we also raised over £300 for Project Aware.  This is a really big achievement for such a great cause... WELL DONE EVERYONE!
