Here at Exotic Dive Resort we are really looking forward to our Dives Against Debris which are coming up on 22 and 23 September.  We have more and more volunteers signing up each day, many who are staff from our resort.  Most of our hotel staff, from housekeeping and accounting to restaurant and reception, are PADI divers and love to dive whenever they have the opportunity. 

This week our staff have attended a presentation by our AWARE Coordinator, Jo Armitage, to find out all about marine debris, the problems associated with it and how exactly the Dives Against Debris will work.  They all understand the importance of spreading the word and telling everyone they know why they will be participating.

And its not just our staff who will be getting involved.  Our guests will be joining in the cleanups too.

So, ready with the mesh bags... lets go!
