Recently took a group of divers from Lubbock, TX to Wakatobi Dive Resort in Indonesia. On two dives we had to clean up gill nets left behind on the reef by local fishermen. The nets were not only killing fish, but with each surge they damaged soft and hard corals. Onet net was over 50 ft in length.
