Training is going well

Saturday pushed my endurance with my first 5 mile run. I was pretty happy with a 5.1 mph pace. I wanted to hit up the yoga class after so I had great motivation to get my five miles in within an hour. After that run, I was so sore and the yoga class was very much needed and well deserved.

Today's run training was fun with a slow warm up and then sprint sets where I got almost 2.5 miles in half an hour. Best of all I got to show my Project AWARE pride and put my new training tank to the test!
