There were some somber faces in the shop on Thursday night after Lee Newman from the Vancouver Aquarium completed his discussion concerning the how much damage and in peril sharks are in the World.  I must admit there were a lot of shock people after listening to what Lee had to talk about. 

We had a great turn out with at least 40 divers.  I have to admit I have started to follow this situation closely, and I know the numbers of killed sharks in mind numbing almost to the point of not being abel to actually wrap my head around how rough things have become.  

We have tried to do out part by having the petion signed in an attempt to lend support to the cause.  Currently we have a paper petition in the shop for customers to sign and Ocean Quest has even hosted the on line version as have I on my web site Uw Explorers dot net.
