The intent was NOT to promote the OSLOB CIRCUS. My apologies if that has been interpretated that way!  However, it has created some debate and hopefully we can turn that into positive actions from the professional members in the Philippine dive community.  According to a number of dive shops and individual PADI members, the place is now turned  into a regular Zoo and the whale sharks are beign hit by boat props and being fed by both divers and fishermen - all really sad.
