Downbelow Marine & Wildlife hosted their "Dive against debris" program today to show our support for conservation & The Project AWARE Foundation.
We had a great turnout with more than 50 volunteers & 20+ Downbelow staff, lots of trash was successfully collected mostly by our snorkel/beach clean we also raised some money for the AWARE foundation by way of raffle & donation.
We wish to thank Sabah Parks, Sabah Tourism, KK Dive club, ATI College, friends & family and of course the DB staff team for all their efforts in making this program effective & fun.
The day was made more interesting as the Malaysian TV company RTM have made a documentary about the day which will be aired on the 2nd of October assisting us to spread the education message.
