The BEACH (Bans Ecological Action for Coastal Health) initiative has just been implemented at Ban's Diving Resort, to help better maintain and monitor the islands reefs and beaches on Koh Tao. Areas that require the greatest need for rubbish, debris, and fishing gear removal, and/or mooring line and boat exclusion zone repair will be of the highest priority. It was put in place last month, and will occur once every month during the last week of the month, and is open to any and all who would like to contribute.
