A Dive against Debris event was held at Chillicothe Recreational Area 26 Sep 2015. Fourteen divers participated in the cleanup in six buddy teams, with either two or three dives each team. Everyone earned the Disctinctive Specialty for DaD from Midwest Diving at the same time. Lift bags were busted out to remove large metal debris, a car bumper, and a roll bar! Beautiful weather and a great dive team made the event special. We even hung new floats for the dive areas, removed weeds from platforms, and brought one platform back to life. A great day!
