Beautiful photography of coral stirs interest and support to conserve

updates

Documenting our underwater world is a fantastic way of spreading public awareness and its beauty inspires the otherwise uninformed to support the Project AWARE movement.

Many divers continue their scuba diving experiences to discover the new and exciting and our Danish Adventure Group who participate in our 30-Day Expedition Borneo program are no different.

During their program, they will camp at our Gaya Island base camp and learn the sport of scuba diving at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC beach house, where our island team will supervise them on their open water scuba diving.

Before leaving back to mainland Kota Kinabalu, the PADI AWARE Coral Reef Conservation is conducted, which is a presentation delivered by one of the island team.

The presentation will require the visiting Danes to complete some knowledge review questions to benefit understanding of the topics presented.

Topics include coral biology, ecotourism and the various ways to support the Project AWARE movement!

Our clients visiting our beach house are moved by the photography displayed on the walls, as it is a reminder to support the efforts to preserve our environment!
