It was upsetting to find so much litter on the normally-pristine dive site Twins on 12th.  Perhaps an abnormal dumping event or unusual current deposited the dozens of plastic carrier bags, 750ml drinking water bottles, plastic rice sacks, etc..  This site is dived by many boats on a daily basis.  Sadly, in 11 years of diving in 22 coutries, I have rarely seen anything like it.  Worse was the apparent apathy of the divers on the boats; there's nothing wrong with gently swimming around on the surface collecting debris during a surface interval!
