After alot of planning and organisation, redirecting different dive tours etc to get the swimmers the time they needed. We finally got enough time to make action. The day selected for the swim for sharks wasn´t really the best. It all started out with gathering of the swimmers and safety staff. We had some terrible waves and the wind picked up as the brave swimmers took their first strokes. After 2½ hours the swimmers made it all the 4km safely. The made the swim all the way from ao nang beach - Phranang beach (Railay). Once back on land they were greeted with Diplomas, more photos and alot of hot drinks and good food. In the end we managed to get a total of 500 USD. Which went directly to Projectaware!
