Saving SS Thistlegorm

updates

Camel Dive Club has recently implemented new mooring procedures for diving the SS Thistlegorm.  Our aim is to preserve the fragile condition of the wreck whilst maintaining our usual safety standards for our guests and staff.  We support the efforts of the Saving SS Thistlegorm group and now refuse to tie our daily boats onto any fragile areas of the wreck.  We have had the cooperation of our skippers in no longer using metal shackle wires and now tie less harmful ropes instead on existing 2 headed mooring bitts.
