100 Days of Clean Up - Days 65 - 71

updates

500kg!

in exactly a week we managed to rise the bar to our ultimate goal of 500kg. We had a super week with many happy helpers, with day 66 being by far the most exciting one. On this day we had 3 clean up dives going that brought out a total of 32,4kg, so nearly a third of the weeks efforts, of trah. This weeks curious finds were definitly in the clothing gallery with bras and men's underwear only two of many examples. Flags of Sabah state, a plastic propeller and a lots of toothpaste seem to be the objects people think useless in the area and someone lost a set of playing cards. We found so far 6 of them. Let's see if we can fish out the whole deck.

todays picture shows us the six divers on day 66 that brought up alone over 19kg of the trash on that record day. It shows Kim, 13year old Tina and her dad Oliver from China and the canadian power couple Casey and Brigitte with me being the left end of the party.
